We got Chris this bad ass whip for his pan head. So he can be a bad ass biker and smack car windows with his whip whenever they get in his way. Patriotic and tough

Snap!
Thee ol seat hinge snapped right of the get go yesterday. I had to balance on the springs without crushing the wife sitting on the fender behind me. Atom of beerbreed lent me a small bungie to hold the seat down for the remainder of the ride. Good times at the beer booters bonanza . Home brewed beer, Bacon stout and raspberry stout. Pork sandwiches with pig sauce. Thanks to all that were involved. Especially Ryan from classic cycles for having us at his home.

Summer can't get here fast enough
Taking the boat in for its yearly service. This likes to put dents in our wallets. We put 160 hours on our first boat in our first year of ownership. There's nothing like being out on the water, well except for the highway on two wheels or in the band van.

3 "
Since I broke one of my seat springs yesterday, I replaced the 2" springs with some 3" springs. I am hoping this will stop the bottom of my seat from bottoming out with my fender. I guess if I lost a few pounds that could help too
MLK

It ended up just being a meeting point since the pub was closed. I would have loved to have a bloody before the journey! We went out through the backside of Elsinore and ended up in Fallbrook. Note to self- when riding with guys who have adventure bikes be prepared to ride on dirt roads. There were 3 BMW GS 1200's, a Triumph scrambler, a Harley Road King, and me on my chop. The pavement came to an end and there was about a mile stretch of dirt/sand road. Keep in mind i run an open primary belt drive and this type of road is my ENEMY. If enough dirt/sand or a rock got under my belt i would have been stranded with a broken belt. I figured i was only 20 miles from home so if anything happened i could get someone to come pick me up or call AAA, so i went for it. The guy on the Road king didn't seem to happy about it either.
As we head down the road there were more obstacles. We had to cross 3 small creeks. I made it across the creeks but while doing so i broke one of the springs under my seat. These springs are the only suspension i have on my bike. So i rode the rest of the way with a fucked up seat. It really took a toll on my back cause i am used to having the springs.

We made it back onto paved roads and were on our way to Lake Cuyamaca for some Schnitzel! We couldn't have asked for a better day. The weather was amazing

Next stop was the Julian Pie Co. Make sure you go here if your ever up in the Julian area in California

After stuffing our faces with great food it was time to go home. Overall a great day.

Life

I had a weird experience last night. I saw one of my friends go out of consciousness for about 15-20 seconds. Eyes wide open but not responding to anything. He was super sweaty, hands were clammy. He is a super healthy drug free guy. He snapped out of it and went to the hospital. He is fine now. It just really fucked with my head to experience that.
